Director, Process Management
Zuzana Harvis has been with Lassus Wherley since 1999. Zuzana’s primary responsibilities include leading business process improvement efforts across various business areas, serving as a Technology Team member and a liaison connecting business analysis with technical development, and managing selected technology projects. Additionally, Zuzana is a Compliance Administrator and also drives the company’s Disaster Recovery planning and testing efforts.
Some of Zuzana’s client-facing responsibilities include managing a secure communications link between Lassus Wherley and its clients, and a responsibility for the technical side of distributing electronic client communications.
Previously, Zuzana worked as a Business Analyst II/Programmer at Bank of America Securities in New York.
Zuzana has a B.S. in Management Science & Information Systems, cum laude, from Rutgers School of Business and an A.S. in Business Administration from County College of Morris. She also earned a Certificate in Project Management from Raritan Valley Community College.
Zuzana is a member of BPMInstitute.org and a member of the Project Management Institute. She is also a past president of the Rutgers Business School Alumni Association, and Treasurer and Director of Technology of Slovak-American Cultural Center.
